Are your squishies handmade?

Except for items in the Fidget Toy collection, all other products are meticulously handcrafted with unique miniature scene details and a soft tactile feel, specially designed for sensory stress relief.
Why are your prices higher than regular squishies?

Most of our products are 100% handcrafted with love by passionate artisans who spend hours perfecting every single piece. Because of the intricate craftwork and miniature scene details, our batches are made in small, limited quantities—making each item truly one of a kind. No two handmade squishies are ever exactly alike, so if you find one you love, don't miss out!
How should I care for my squishy?

Keep your squishy away from sharp objects and extreme heat. If it gathers dust, gently rinse with water and mild soap.
What materials are used?

We craft our squishies using premium, non-toxic, skin-safe silicone and memory polyurethane designed for durable, satisfying sensory ASMR play.
How long does shipping take?

Orders are handcrafted and processed within 2–4 business days. Standard international shipping typically takes 7–15 business days.
Do you offer returns?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Contact us if you need help with your order.
What if my order arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
